The strength of partnerships

Canam International exports Canam Group’s expertise by developing profitable partnerships with reputable firms located outside North America that wish to fabricate and market specific construction products in their respective markets. These partnerships can take one of three forms:



Joint ventures
Canam International is on the lookout for companies that are active in the construction sector, well established in their respective markets and have the experience necessary to conduct fabrication and marketing operations in a defined territory.


Technology transfers
Technology transfers include engineering and fabrication methods for Canam products that are adapted to local markets as well as all the necessary licenses and approvals.

Royalties, which are paid annually, are calculated based on a percentage of the sales of products fabricated as a result of technology transfer agreements. Royalty payments are renegotiated every ten years.




Construction management
Canam International can act as the construction manager for certain specific projects. These projects, which are preferably in the area of steel construction, allow for the integration of Canam products.
